Rohomin is the master of the Weslading Information Guild. Of Maghrabi descent, he rose from poverty in the crowded streets of Thalyra, where he learned early how information moved through merchants, sailors, and thieves alike. He was a friend and frequent correspondent to Belac for many years. Rohomin is a scholar first and a politician second. Nevertheless, he has friends in every court of the Seven Kingdoms. Although far removed from the happenings in the east, his contacts keep him informed of the official stories, the real stories, and often the quiet reasons for the discrepancies.
His underworld contacts in the pirate and thieves guilds give Rohomin a steady stream of intelligence about both the normal and abnormal criminal activities of Cendomvita. Rohomin is famous for instituting Guild Fostering, a practice where members of his Guild cross-train with other guilds. His operative trainees are now highly sought after by the major guild houses across Cendomvita.
Despite his formidable reputation as an information broker, Rohomin is also a devoted family patriarch. Following the customs of Hireothan nobility, he has two wives and twelve grown children, many of whom have found places within the guilds, trade houses, and courts that quietly sustain his far-reaching network.
