Gazmeel is Yisean by birth, one of the few refugees from Vidora who managed to escape with his entire family intact. Like many refugees, his experience fuels a deep hatred of the Ravens.
Unlike most others, however, Gazmeel still has something living to lose. A wife and children depend on him, and he is willing to do whatever the moment demands to keep them safe.
That devotion, however, cuts dangerously close to obsession. The line between right and wrong, good and bad, blurs quickly when their safety is at stake.
His family sees this fire in him. They know how far he might go if threatened. It is not something they speak of openly, but within their household the truth is understood and carefully guarded.
